My name is Tony Kendzior. I’ve been an entrepreneur in financial services since 1975 with 45 years of experience as a trained insurance agent, financial planner, and investment advisor. Early on, the American College awarded me two credentials which are widely recognized. The first was Chartered Life Underwriter, or CLU, and then Chartered Financial Consultant, ChFC.
I attempted to retire a few years but soon suffered from terminal boredom. Rather than re-open my financial practice, I sat down and created Successful Retirement SecretsTM. It reflects my years of thinking and expresses a new way to think about and plan for retirement.
Today, my time is spent upgrading and marketing the online school to everyone I can find. My target audience is anyone age 40 – 50 who is now starting to seriously think about their future retirement. I also spend time looking after some elderly clients whose trust has been earned over many years.
I've published two ebooks. The first is a short collection of timely ideas to help someone start thinking about retirement. It's called Your Future Retirement. Click on the book title and download a copy. If you’re enrolled in Lunch On The Go or A Sit Down Meal, you’ll find a coupon code so you can download a free copy for your library.
The next is Captive Wealth. This book describes a proven financial strategy for successful small business owners and professional athletes. It offers significant tax efficiencies, leading to additional wealth, much of which can be used for retirement. All students enrolled in courses 3 and 4 will get a free copy if you ask for one.
I arrived in Gainesville, Florida in 1959 as a freshman at the University of Florida. I graduated in 1963 with a degree in Business Administration and chose to stay here. It was followed by a Master in Education in 1975. I've been involved with countless community organizations and efforts, including the Community Foundation of North Central Florida since it’s inception.
If you want a more detailed bio, the navigation bar above has an About Us tab where you’ll find Tony's Bio which will tell you more than perhaps you need or want to know. My goal is to continue working as long as I can. I’m no longer bored and doing something both rewarding and useful.
